Recent God at work in you moment:
With 19+ years of experience working in children’s ministry in one capacity or another, it’s no surprise that I love kids, sharing my faith with them, encouraging their relationships with God to grow, and watching them bloom as followers of Christ! However, for the last two years, God has been working in me and preparing me for something new… I’m not sure yet what that is, but I am ready for when & where He tells me to go!!
Failure I learned from:
I have had so many learning opportunities since becoming a mom. God has taught me the value of seeking Him first in difficult and even seemingly impossible situations. Whether taming tantrums, navigating teenage emotional rollercoasters, coordinating the schedules for a family of six, or just trying to stay on top of the laundry pile, I know that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.
Family:
I married my best friend and the love of my life in October 2005.
God has blessed us with four amazing daughters – Taeryn (2007), Zoey (2009), Brooklyn (2011), and Kaylie (2017).
What you would do with a free afternoon and perfect weather:
After grabbing a hot mocha and a pastry from my favorite coffee shop, I would spend the afternoon crafting – making cinch books and painting!
